Buyer C purchases 120 units at $299 but at a 50% discount

Here's what I'm getting.

120 * $299 = $35,880 * .5 = $17,940

Is this correct?

I'm doing a project for my programming class and according to my book the answer should be $21,528

Thanks!

The book answer is assuming a 40% discount. Recheck original problem?

Looks right to me. 50% discount means you only pay half of the total price. Are you sure you read the problem right? If so, either the answer or the question may have a typo.
