Ok so after reading all about them I am pretty impressed. There is 2 things I just don't understand. They say the CPU intensive programs will take a hit because of the GPU. But because of the GPU making gaming so much better it makes up for the fact that you take a CPU hit. My question is this. Arent games CPU intesive also?
And would adding a SSD help the CPU hit?

Question 2. According to this...

you will have the CPU+GPU and you could also have a dGPU ontop of that. But for a casual gamer such as myself (SC2, L4D2...) the CPU+GPU option is fine right?

No, the CPU intensive programs will take a hit versus going with Sandy Bridge, because the AMD CPU is weaker.

You mean the CPU + IGP? Probably, as long as you aren't too picky about framerates and image quality.
