quick launch toolbar in Win 95?

How do I setup a quick launch toolbar for the Win 95 OS? I was using it before but it somehow disappeared while removing/adding programs.

Install IE 4.x SP2. Update that cnfiguration with the "Desktop Enhancements." Upgrade IE to whatever version you want with 5.01SP1 being my recommendation.

Looking at your question and the fact that you were using the Quick Launch bar before, it sounds to me like you already have IE4 or 5 and have just turned the Quick Launch Toolbar off.

If that's the case just right click on the taskbar, go down to Toolbars then select Quick Launch. You can also add you own custom toolbars by selecting New Toolbar and navigating to a folder of your own choosing.
