Quick Launch in Windows NT4 workstation??

Does NT4 workstation have the quick launch feature? I see that the NT server has that quick launch next the the start button. I could not figure where I could turn that on. Thanks for the help.

The only way I've found to get that in NT 4 is to install IE4 with the 'desktop enhancement's, then upgrades to IE5 or 6 or whatever will keep it there.

Dang I just installed IE6. So where can I find that desktop enhancement package?

Far as I can tell it's been removed from new versions of IE to make it seem less tied to the OS, or maybe they just hid it real well.
