Quick Launch Bar in the Registry?

Does anyone happen to know where the "Turn on the Quick Launch bar" option is in the registry?

why not just right click the taskbar > properties & check off show quick launch?

Because I'm doing a script to setup a new install of windows. And I am trying to get it down to minimul things that people need to do.
