Quick laptop memory question

I own a thinkpad t60 with a Merom Core 2 T7200. I want to upgrade the ram (I gave a 1gb stick to my aunt, so I am getting a 2x2gb set and upgrading it)
So, looking at newegg I am going to get a set from G Skill and there are two I am looking at:
for 45 i can get ddr2 667 at cas 4, and also for 45 I can get ddr2 800 at cas 5.

and the links:

DDR2 667 CAS 4

DDR2 800 CAS 5

So, I am just wondering whats going to better, slower FSB with faster CAS or faster FSB with slower CAS. Also, the fsb of the T7200 is at 667, so I am wonderng if it should be matched or what.

Thanks for your time.

Need to review the documentation for your laptop, the motherboard may not even support DDR2-800 memory (some will clock down but some just don't boot).

Go to crucial.com and use their memory finder tool to determine the type of memory best suited to your laptop.

Thanks a lot, that answered my question. It supports a 1gb and a 2gb stick combined as the largest amount, since I already got a 1gb stick in I am just gonna get a 2gb stick.
