Quick IP changing utility

So, at my job I deal with configuring network devices and some of them requires me to change my NIC's IP to the same range (their DHCP is turned off or doesn't exist). I've looked around on google and sourceforge and haven't found anything I need. What I need is a small utility that can swap between pre-entered sets of IP address/Sub Mask/Gateway so I can easily toggle between those profiles. It's really annoying going through window's network management tool just to change a IP address for different device I'm configuring.

So, is there any utility software out there that does what I need? I don't mind paying for the software, but if there's a open-source or freeware, I'll definitely take that.
