Quick impluse decision: Hauppauge WinTV PVR150 on a P3 800?

I've got 2 21" monitors hooked up and I don't have a TV in my room.

Off the top of my head, I think I've heard that the Hauppauge WinTV PVR150 is a pretty good product.

For the most part, all I want to do is watch TV on the 2nd monitor. I might want to capture a few video clips every once and a while.

Is this a good purchase?

I've got a P3 800, Matrox G450 and 512MB PC100

It's good as long as you download all of the drivers and software from their site. Hauppauge used to have *serious* problems with their drivers and software. Worse than Creative could ever dream of.

They're passable now.
