Quick image editing favor wanted...

Hello there,

I don't often do this but I'm away from my PC with Photoshop installed and was wondering if anyone could do me a quick favor.

I would like the background removing from this GIF to make it a transparent background:

The online GIF editors don't work for me as there are dozens of different colored pixels in the background and they will only remove one color at a time!

Any help would be EXTREMELY appreciated!
