How do I specify the location of a pop up window? Before everyone jumps on me about pop-ups, this was handed down by management and if they adamant about getting a pop-up window It's basically for internal announcements and stuff.

So we got the pop window to come up but how do you specifywhere in the screen it comes up in? thanks in advance!
