Quick html question.. for my cs100 class..

Here's link for my cs100 lab3.
As you can see, i've made two frames but when i hit back to hompage button, the homepage displays within the frame. How can i fix this problem and make the homepage appear as whole when i press back to homepage.

im guessing <noframes>. I've tried it many places but no worky.
