Quick! How to take off restricted premissions from IIS website?

One of my clients has an emergency - http://www.mls.com/ is requesting a password, even though "Internet Guest Account" IUSR_WINDOWS2003 has read/execute access to the website in IIS. Anyone know how to get this off?
