quick, how do you clean pepper spray out of your eye?

my little sister was messing around with my wife's pepper spray (didn't know what it was) and sprayed some on her hand and then wiped her eye on accident.
 
milk -- then water to get the milk out of your eye --- then wash your hands with rubbing alchohol to get the pepper off your hands

I'm a ninja, I've had to get rid of pepper spray to my face many times.

yes, it will eventually go away but milk will help ease the pain. then do what I said above to make sure you get the stuff off your hands and don't rub your eye again. Also, don't rub your genitelia

last time i did that, i had to keep my face on the water fountain for about an hour.
