Ok...I have something I have in Word that has pictures and formatting and all, but how would I put that in the item description on eBay, b/c that's HTML only.

Save as HTML, open the HTML file and cut/paste from there... you'll have to find a place to host your images and update the URLs accordingly.

yeah. hope you know at least some basic HTML. if not you could try asking in the software forums

Not much else we can do to help if you don't describe what exactly is not working with some of the methods suggested already.
