Quick Help Radeon 3450 No Display

I'm replacing the Geforce 8800 GTS in my PC with a Radeo 3450. Yes, I know the Geforce is better and I don't want to get into it right now why I'm trading. After plugging in my monitor via DVI I don't get any video, the monitor says no signal. There is no beep errors on boot and the system sounds like it is booting normally but I'm not getting any video. Ideas?

I have XP Pro
Foxconn Nfroce 4 mobo
AMD 3700+ socket 939
2 Gigs pc 3200 RAM

Here are a few ideas:

Have you uninstalled the NVidia video driver and installed the ATI video driver?

Have you tried to connect with VGA analog (blue 15-pin)?

You might have a problem with output resolution not being recognized by the monitor
