QUICK HELP PLEASE!!!!

I having a major problem with my videocard.... I think so aleast. Whenever I play 3d games it lags like hell. Before I overclock it, it was working fine. I tried running it back in the default settings but it wouldn't work. I also formated my computer and open up the case to see if there is anything wrong with it. Did my other hardware cause that or is it just my videocard? I also have the lastest available drivers.
This is my computer specs:

1GHZ AMD
256 sdram
ECS KT7VZA REV.3
Radeon le
41 GIG IBM 60XP (7500 rpm)
10 gig maxtor (5400 rpm)
Win ME

OK, Hikki ... all I can think of to do easily is to open up Control Panel and REMOVE the Radeon adapter from the Device Manager list. Then power down. When you reboot Windows will "find the adapter and install the basic VGA drivers. (256 colors @ 640x480.)

Then you will need to reinstall your Radeon drivers and it will need a reboot. Now set your resolution and color depth as Radeon specifies, and the refresh rate at "optimal." Reboot again and it should be back to normal. This time leave the clocking alone. 🙂
