Quick Question on a weird problem.

I recently installed Windows XP Pro on my other computer..RIght after install, i notice something weird on the desktop. I looked at it, and i notice that, below each icon, there is a rectangular shaded box wrapper the icon's description. In windows XP, there should be NO box shading the icon's description. It should be clear, a box will surround the description ONLY IF you click on them.

I know in ALL the XP's i have seen, this rectangular shaped box is NOT there, they are only there in windows 3.1, Windows 95, and windows 98....

I dont know why I am having that box in my new XP Pro, I looked in the properties, its not there....i went back to my older XP Pro, the box is not there, and i searched and compare the properties what are different...

and they are same. The only thing i notice is, in my OLD XP PRO, in properties -> Desktop Tab -> Customized Desktop -> Web Tab -> Locked Desktop Items. If this box is checked, you will get the rectangular shape box around the icon's description.....but in the NEW XP PRO i installed, that option is UNCHECKED, and no matter i UNCHECK / CHECK it, it doenst make a difference, its still there.

I need your help. That box really bug me....how do i get rid of it?

thanks.
