Quick help needed: KB shortcut to make the File toolbar appear/disappear in IE?

I'm working on a project and need to be able to turn the File toolbar (that has File, Edit, View... etc) on and off while viewing the page.

Including the other toolbars, too, or only the File toolbar?

You can't hide it completely. F11 does get ride of most of it, but not certain icons. Firebird will let you hide everything though
