quick help needed! 128 or 64mb pen drive

I need some help! I'm broke this year so I'm really anxious about spending too much money.. I'd like to get my gf a pen drive for xmas - she's always losing important documents on her computer and I figure it'll also be a nice way for her to easy share files between her laptop/pc/ and computer lab (college) computer.. So what's big enough? Is 64 really enough (or 32..heh) or should I really scrape the pennies together for a 128mb drive? She will only be storing documents on it (word mostly but some PDFs). Thanks!
 
I got my 128MB drive for $30 after rebate. Didn't seem worth it to me to get a 64MB drive. There were a couple hot deals after Thanksgiving for 256MB drives for $30, so check EBay and FS/T, I'm sure they'll show up there.
 
OfficeMax currently has a 128MB one for $20 after rebate(s). I've got the 64MB version of it, quite a nice drive.
