Between these sticks of ram, which is best regardless of price?

People have said Crucial is the best, but I can't find the one certified by Crucial for the iBook in Canada, and I've bought from this company many times before with great success. I only need PC2100, and I very much care how compatible it is. Any suggestions are welcomed! 🙂

Thanks,

Dave

dave i think you should try looking on ebay man, they have good deals sometimes, even on the samsung sodimms that apple uses in there machines, have a look there. Also, try looking at www.macsales.com . Good luck man!

Thanks for the responses guys....the ram on that macsales.com looks good, but I'd much rather order from Canada so I don't have problems with customs or anything.

I guess no one has tried the sodimms I listed in an iBook/PowerBook? 🙁

I would highly recommend Crucial. Their memory is really top-notch and I have no complaints with it in my powerbook. I ordered directly from Crucial and it was at my door 2 days later!

I don't see the benefit of the PC2700 memory. You're safe getting the PC2100 CL2.5 ValueRAM for an iBook G4. Even if it works, higher-spec'd memory doesn't offer any improvements on Apple systems.

I run mine with 512 MB PC2100 Kingston Value RAM module - bought it locally from a store with a good return policy and had no problems.
