Quick GeForce3 2D quality question.

Gainward/Cardexpet GeForce 3 Ti200 vs. PNY Geforce3 Ti200:

Can anyone give me an idea about which has better 2D quality? I realize everyone has one card or the other, so its difficult to compare. If you have one of these, how does it look at 1600 x 1200?

Gainward, no question about it. Gainward's 2D is quite respectable, PNY isnt terrible but their below average.

Supposedly, the Leadtek GF3 line use VERY high quality filters on their cards making them #1 when it comes to 2D as compared to any other GF3 line.. What's even more interesting is that they say their 2D not only rivals but surpasses that of ATI and Matrox.. I know it wasn't in your list, but if high quality 2D on a GF3 is what you are looking for then you might want to check out Leadtek's GF3 cards.. Hope this helps..
