Quick Flash question

Go to File > Publish Settings > HTML Tab (or just hit CTRL+SHFT+F12), on the lower-mid portion there's a checkbox that says "Paused at Start"

That seems to work, but only under the bulky .fla format, when I do EXPORT MOVIE and save to a swf file, it automatically plays no matter what I choose.

Did that make sense?
