Nice. Any Chrome alternative?

This 'no edit' policy is just going to make my post count triples/quadruples.

Google "color that site chrome", it comes up with LOADS of hits for Chrome. So I assume those are similar. Certainly a way to override the colors for any browser.

Is there really a "no edit policy"? What would be the sense behind it?

Good idea. I'll do that.

I don't think it's official, but I could see no option for it. Let's hope it's just simply something that they need to turn on.

I only seen such a policy ONCE on a forum, there it was sort of a measure against spam (probably to avoid that spammers post "legit looking" posts...and then afterwards edit it with sales links etc.). But after 30 or so posts, it activated the Edit button. It really wouldn't make any sense whatsoever, so I consider it a bug etc.

I think they said it's a matter of fixing permissions, which are screwy right now.

And...in that "Edit That Site!" extension, simply play around with the sliders for BG and FG colors, and in the options make sure it's set to "site wide" so it applies to the entire forum. And once you have some colors you like, click on "save". Pretty simple.
