Quick firefox question

When I'm on a web page that's loading lots of pictures, firefox will keep doing this annoying thing of scrolling all the way back up to the top of the page when ever a picture loads. Anyway to stop it from doing that?

I don't think so unless you can somehow make it preallocate the physical space taken up by the pictures. It's not really scrolling up. As the pictures are loaded the space gets used, and the text gets pushed down the page.
