Quick Firefox question...tried searching

When you download a file and do the "open with" option in firefox...where does it go? I ask because I want to know how to delete those.

Probably the TEMP directly as designated by Windows.

Ok, I found the Temp directory under local settings. Is it safe to delete everything in there?

Yes, but the size of the Temp directory is usually small. Most of the files there get deleted frequently, but it's common for a few files to get left behind.

In my experience, Firefox deletes the temp files after I close out of the browser completely. I've always had to redownload the files in that situation.

Doh! You're right. I closed firefox and they were deleted.
