Quick fan application question

I have a 9600GT cooled by a Arctic Cooling Accelero S2 and my question is:

Will my 80mm Panaflo work powered by the card?

The specs on the Panaflo...DC12V @ 0.2A

Specs on the stock cooler fan...DC12V @ 0.3A

Looking at the specs it would appear that the card has enough power for the Panaflo...however the Panaflo is a 3-pin fan whereas the stock fan is a 4-pin...

Does anyone know fan pins placement on the 9600GT?

Panaflo = Yellow, Black, Red

Stock fan = Balck, Yellow, Green, Blue

I can either splice the wires from each fan...but I don't know which colors go with what...I know the black is ground right?

No one knows anything? Anyone get after market coolers for their 9600GT? Did it come with a 4 pin or did you hook it up to the motherboard?
