I've got my wii up for sale on ebay...to make a long story short, I had a guy bid it up earlier and then request to cancel his bid saying "he bid on the wrong wii" and so I did that for him.
Now it's less than 30min to close and he bids again...would you cancel this bid and block him, or let it go through? I tried to send him a message asking him if he was going to stick to his bid this time, but it looks like eBay blocks messages with "an eBay member with whom you are not currently involved in an open transaction" even though he's a bidder.
