I am selling some tickets to a festival and a person wanted to know if I would ship to Israel. I am only accepting money through PayPal... do I put myself at more of a risk shipping internationally?
 
The only time I shipped overseas, it didn't work out. The item never arrived to the buyer, and it was a fairly expensive and limited Dominik Hasek hockey card too... I was pissed.

The problem was with the format of the address. The format of his address was wrong, he had to correct it. So in a sense it was his fault even though I sent him some more cards later which DID arrive, using the proper format.

It was in the Czech Republic BTW. Just be careful with the addressing.
