Quick ebay/half question .. what should I leave for feedback?

I ordered a book from half.com on 1/15/03, paid for expedited shipping. Order was not confirmed until 1/20/03. I sent the seller emails on 1/20, 1/22 and 1/29, none of which were responded to. I finally received the book yesterday, 2/2/04 (marking on stamp said 1/29, I guess that is the day it was shipped).
What should I leave this guy for feedback? A nasty neutral or a negative? I am thinking neutral since I did receive the book.

Negative. He didn't conform to the half.com standards, and you might want to send an email to the Half.com people too. They take that kind of stuff seriously, I think. I mean the whole pt. of half is that you get your stuff quicker b/c it's a direct buy service.
