Quick, easy question about DDR333 memory.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question, but I just wanted to double-check with some people who I know are definitely qualified to help me out. 🙂

A 333MHz Samsung PC2700 module will be able to run at 266MHz with CAS 2, right? I'm upgrading my motherboard to an Asus A7N8X and I want to switch from PC2100 to PC2700, but I only want to buy one module right now. I know that memory will only run at the speed of the slowest stick, but does the same apply to CAS latency?
