Quick Divx output quality question.

I'm using DVDx to compress my movies and under the output settings, there are 4 options for Export ( AVI + Premiere) settings. They are RGB24, RGB32, YV12 and YUY2. Which would you use for the best quality picture and why??

Yuv2 or yv12.

But I suggest you do not use this software. Go to doom9, try Gordian Knot.
