Quick Dell PE 400SC question

For whatever reason, I don't seem to have the USB 2.0 drivers loaded on the computer, which significantly affects the transfers to and from my iPod. How the heck do I get them?
 
Anyone else have input on this? I still seem to be running only usb 1.1 on all the ports, which is weird. I didn't find an option in the BIOS that lets me enable usb 2.0. Shouldn't usb 2.0 be enabled simply by installing the chipset drivers?

I certainly have SP1. As for chipset drivers, I suspect I do. You guys know where to download them from?
 
Just FYI (in case someone else has this problem), I resolved the problem by (re)installing the chipset drivers. It's an intel board, so they're not hard to come by.

And while you're at it, upgrade to SP2. Much better drivers and such in there too.
