yep, left side, like I said. I have an 8200 right here. And the cable.

Edit..... I call this the power brick. Nice full featured lap top, but heavy. It's really a desktop replacement. It is priced well though, if you don't mind lugging the weight around.

Oh yeah? Well so do I!

Whee! 8200 wars!

Do like the Ultrasharp display and built in wireless. Newest ATI card is nice too. Who cares that it weighs?

adapter?
it splits off in s-video and SPDIF?

Do you think Dell would lie to you?

:confused:

Do you think we would?

no. i don't think that. i just was suprised to see that because i have the klipsch promedia 5.1 speakers and was wondering if i could use the SPDIF out for sound with the speakers.

<EDIT>

I only use it when I go out of town. In my home, I have 4 pc's running a variety of software, Os's and hardware for gaming. I have placed the laptop in my lap, run wireless to a netgear 102 and my lap starts to heat up quick. Also, the battery supplied vidoe power is not as good as being plugged in. So when I'm in a hotel, and want to play mafia or something, then its plugged in to give best vid results. Unplugged is only good for quick email reads. I have the Cd-rw/dvd combo and haven't run a movie CD on battery yet.
