I get Dell SB emails with coupon codes...i sucessfully tested a code by applying it to an item in my cart...now i want to let my bro's gf use the code...she says the code doesn't work...

is this cause she hasn't created a Dell SB account?? (i know she hasn't created a user name/pass yet)

btw it's for a Canon S230 for $314 shipped
