Quick checklist for K7t Turbo RAID and VIA drivers, bioses ETC??

I'm going to be buidling 2 new systems this weekend both using the MSI K7T Turbo RAID MOBO.. one systems will be a TBird 850 w/Win2000 and the other will be a Duron 850 w/Win ME

I've been out of the loop since Slot A... so alls Im looking for is what are the recommended procedures to startup currently.. ie Whats the latest hot BIOS to use and what VIA drivers are needed now for AGP and whatnot.. thanks
