quick check - is this MSI board compatable with alpha pal8045?

Is the MSI K7N415 PRO nForce 415 compatable with the alpha pal8045? will they work together? thanks for the hopefully quick answers

According to the manufacturer, using it on a K7N420 is at your own risk as you have to slightly mod it to keep from touching a surface mount resister. They don't list any info about the K7N415, however.

How about the Asus A7n266-C?

Seems to have the same problem.
