I could use some recommendations on a digital camera for parties and for spring break next year.
I want something that is cheap, durable, and fast. I would like to get something that takes a picture as fast as a film camera (well, as close to it as possible). I would like to spend between $80 and $120. It doesn't need to be super-duper, but the speed factor is important. I don't know a lot about digital cameras (though I do have a degree in telecommunications; so I know how to frame, light, etc.), but my friends have digitals and they always seem to take three or four seconds to actually take the picture--even the $1,000 cameras.
Features aren't important. But I would like a zoom and flash.
