Quick Bibliography Question

My boss asked me to write a bibliography, and I'm not sure which style to use. The sources are medical and scientific journals - do I use APA or MLA style?

Hmm...I just read this:

"CBE is the style manual of choice for many disciplines in medicine, biology, and natural sciences. CBE offers two methods for citing and documenting sources: the citation-sequence system and the name-year system. The sixth edition (1994) of the Council of Biology Editors manual, Scientific Style and Format, unfortunately, doesn't provide examples of citations for most electronic formats. "

I've never even heard of CBE, but I guess I'm going to try that.
