quick AT vs ATX case question

How hard would it be to get an atx PSU/mobo in an AT case? Other than wiring up my own switch.. are the screw standoffs in the same location?
 
well see i bought several old parts from a friend and he didnt mention it was an AT or ATX case and isn't sure.. and i'd like to know if i should pick one up or if it wont be too much trouble to rig it up for atx specs (i have an atx PSU)..
