Quick ?: AT power supply/WinXP shutdown

If anyone knows off hand, if I shutdown with an AT power supply, will a XP logo comeup and say pc is ready to be shutdown or will it just turn black?
 
I know with 2kpro it gives the shutdown screen, so I would think XP would do the same.
