Jesus, you already listed 5 games.

They are 5, don't need to go spoiling them with a multitude of games. I was lucky enough as a kid to get 1 new game a month.

Oh haha don't worry, those games havent been given to them all at once. They get new games pretty infrequently. Noted for the Lego games, thanks. They have Lego batman ps2 so I didnt wanna get the ps3 version for them, and I just got them that star wars game so I figured they didn't need another SW Lego game, and they don't know about Indiana jones (Lego).

Get 'em Free Realms. It's a free, kid-friendly MMO that you can get off the PSN. Also, they'll love Start the Party if you get a Move controller setup (motion party games).

You can get them Eyepet for the Move too while you are at it. A two player version of Eyepet is due this far, so you can wait for that. Lastly, a game called Carnival Island is coming this year for the Move. It has over 30 different games that you'd play at a fair.

Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection. Introduce him to some classic, old school gaming. Mod-Nation Racers should be checked out as well. Beyond that, there's not a lot. The PS3 isn't very kid friendly IMO. Maybe look at some of the Move games on PSN if you've got it.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed? For five year olds? My sister would kill me if I gave my nephews a game like that. I wouldn't be comfortable letting a ten year old play that game.

Really you should think twice about giving them any game rated T or older. They'll generally have a lot more fun with games geared more towards their age as well.

Haha, they said it'd be ok since there was no blood and it's a fantasy setting. The demo seemed fine. I'll skip the cuts scenes if there are any. Plus I'll help em through the puzzles and stuff.

LEGO anything

this.

my 4 yr old loves the lego star wars and lego batman. though the newest lego star wars is rather hard in places. he gets frustrated with it but he does beat the levels.

the old one was easy all the way to the end. but finding the secret stuff was rather hard.

I had a similar experience with ratchet and clank. It's like they add stupid shit like puzzles and mazes in sequels because they think it'll make it more adult like or less linear or something...but it just makes it less fun for me and them.

personally i love the ratchet and clank games. i own all 3 of them on PS3. i think my favorite one was tools of destruction, partially because it was EXTREMELY long, although I did not enjoy the flying parts.

you mention you have 2 ratchet and clank games, when tehre are 3 of them. i'm assuming you missed the DLC game, Quest for Booty. You may want to check that out. The story takes place right after Tools of Destruction ends.

but if by "1 and 2" you meant you have Tools of Destruction, and Quest for Booty, then definitely get the 3rd one - A Crack in Time. if you meant the DLC game, it was $15 when it came out years ago, so I'd bet it is cheaper than that.

you may also want to check out the Sly Cooper collection.
