Quick and simple RAID 0 question

If Im running two 36gig SATA drives in RAID 0, will I essentially be losing one drive? Meaning, would my total drive space be 36 or 72 gigs?

Striping 2 drives results in one big drive which has a size of 2 times the smallest drive striped.
