Quick algebra question - rearranging a formula

Okay, I have this formula:

n = [BT^(3/2)]*e^(-G/2kT)

I need to solve for T.

I cannot get it to work out unless if gets pretty messy and involves a natural log, which I'm hoping to avoid.

that is not a question. it is a statement.

Whoops, the question -> Can you help me out?

I figured it would need the Ln, but I guessed that I probably overlooked something really simple that would have avioded the Ln.

Also, when I work it out, I get the T's cancelling out, and that I know I want to avoid.

I guess no one else can get it?

I would like to check my, somewhat messy, answer with someone else.
