Well, this is just a synthetic benchy. So I wouldn't make that call just yet. After all, the 7800GTX only has 50% more pipes than a 6800Ultra but yet has the performance for the most part of 2x6800Ultras in SLI at high res. The 7800series is supposed to be far more efficient over the already efficient 6800 series.

6800series takes 109 passes for given operation.
7800series takes 79 passes for same.

That card looks really small for a high power nV card. Good move for nV. For ~$400, this should be a really nice card.

True, except I don't like the stock cooling, I guess it's to limit it's OC'ing potential.
