Quick 4770k temp question

Hey all.
I just build an i7 4770k rig.
Cooled with a Noctua NH U12S
And Arctic MX4 paste..

AI'm seeing idle temps around 32-35c and load temps around 50-55c.
This is my first Intel rig in about 8 years, so I'm fairly unfamiliar with i7 temp ranges.

Do my temps seem okay?

Rest of the hardware:
Asus Maximus VI Hero
AMD 7970
16gb Corsair DDR1600
Corsair HX750 psu
Antec p280 case.
Win 7 Pro
