Questions regarding HTPC and HDTV

This card states that is can utilize HDTV over the air. My question is this.

I subscribe to Comcasts digital cable, do this card or other cards decode the HD signals and digital cable signals coming from Comcast?

Are there any that do or is analog basic cable the only thing that these cards can decode through the cable reception?

QAM is what you need to get HD from cable. I'm selling a FusionHDTV5 Lite that does it and OTA, check For Sale/Trade.
