Questions regarding CPU Temp, fan speeds, and voltage readings of PS

I just finished building a PC for the first time...well actually I only added a new power supply, motherboard, case and memory. Everything is up and running fine, but I had a few questions regarding my motherboard readings of the CPU temperature, fan speeds, and voltage readings of my power supply.

First here are the relavent components:

Pentium 4 Processor Northwood 2.53 GHZ
Ultra X-Connect 500 Watt Power Supply
Thermaltake Tsunami Dream Case (2 120mm fans, 1 90mm)
Gigabyte GA-8IPE100-G Motherboard
Aerocool Raider Heatsink/Fan

Ok, so Gigabyte has a program called EasyTune5, and one section of the program lets me check my PC's health. It gives me readouts on CPU temperature, fan speeds, power supply voltage readings, etc.

Under the fans section, it says that my cpu fan is running at 2925 rpm and my system fan is running at around 1500 rpm. They both have blinking exclamation marks next to them, indicating that something is wrong. Are these fans running too fast? Too slow? Also, there is a fan called PWR 1, and the program says it's not running at all (0 rpm). But I've checked my case and all my fans are connected properly and are spinning....not sure why it would think that one of my fans isn't spinning.

My second question is regarding the CPU Temp readout. It says it's running at about 77 degrees farenheit. Is this fairly normal? Just checking to make sure I won't fry my processor, and that my heatsink/cpu fan is doing it's job.

Lastly, my power supply voltage readouts are running slightly higher than what they are originally listed at. For example, the +3.3V rail runs at 3.35, the +5V runs at 5.2, and the 12V runs at 12.27. I think the power supply has a safe range to operate in, but I just wanted to make sure.

Thanks guys for answering my questions. Everything went fairly well for a first build, I'm just trying to finalize some things.

Easy Tune 5 gets cranky if your fans run below 3000rpms regardless of size or CFMs. BS if you ask me. As long as your temps are fine and your fans are spinning, you've got no reason to worry. As far as the PWR1, no reason to worry. You've just got no fan hooked up to it.

77F is 25C which is a VERY good temperature, almost seems too cool but it also depends on ambient temperatures.

Your voltage readouts are perfectly normal as well.

Cool, looks like I have nothing to worry about. I wonder if I missed a connection on the motherboard where I could have connected another fan for PWR1. Right now I only have the fan at the back of the case hooked into the system fan connection on the motherboard, and the other 2 are just hooked up with power. I'm guessing this mean that the 1 fan in the back adjusts it speed from the motherboard and the other 2 are just always spinning. Also, the EasyTune5 program has a SmartFan tab but it is greyed out and not accessible to me. I wonder if this feature just isn't supported by my motherboard or if I need to look at my fan connections to my motherboard.

Thanks.
