Questions regarding charger output

My phone charger lists 850mA output and my bluetooth headset charger lists 550mA. As they use the same connector, I'd like to only have one charger cable to share, else I'd need to label the ends. I'm assuming that the only difference is the rate of charge? Or is it possible to damage the headset by connecting it to the 850mA charger?

The device will only take as much power as it needs. The headset might recharge a little faster, but it will almost certainly (this field here for liability purposes) not damage it.
