I'm looking to replace my current G450DH with a card that includes a TV tuner and video recorder functionality. This will be put into a (currently) dual-PIII 450MHz with 1.05Gb ram in it... Does anyone know how the TV features on this card perform with digital cable? I've read about people having problems getting the ATI 8500DV's TV features to work on digital cable and I don't want to run into those kinds of problems. I have tried the ATi TV-wonder and I thought it left a lot to be desired, aside from the fact that it didn't get along well with the matrox chipset on my primary video card. So, my questions:

1. Does anyone have experience with the Matrox G450 eTV?
2. How does it perform when used with digital cable?
3. How good is the television picture quality?
4. How good is the timeshifting?
5. How good is the realtime encoding to MPEG1 and MPEG2?
6. Anything else I should be aware of while I consider this card?

I should also mention that this machine currently has a Soundblaster sound card in it, but I will be upgrading to something better soon, probably something by Hoontech, Terratec, or DAL. Also, this machine will not be used for games at all so I'm not interested in the fact that a Radeon might perform better for 3D games, etc. I'm mainly concerned with the 2D, the TV features, and the video recording features... Hopefully someone who owns this card can give me some input based on their experience... Thanks...
