Here's my problem. I have an Asus V7100 pure Geforce2 MX and I'm running Windows 2000 with latest patches and direct x. When I installed the latest Detonator drivers from Nvidia.com, I was able to run coolbits which is that neat little reg hack that brings up the overclocking window. Now, overclocked and is fine, but whenever I play Unreal Tournament, the screen flickers on and off. It's really annoying.
Okay so I removed the Detonator drivers and installed the latest Asus drivers for the specific card. Unreal runs like a dream, but when I tried to run coolbits.reg it merged, but the menu didn't show up in the Asus driver window. Very odd.
Does coolbits only run with the Detonator drivers? Is there another way to overclock this video card using Asus' drivers? Help please!
